职位描述
Job Responsibility:
Design and develop diagnosis for vehicle system or ECUs with customer and suppliers together, provide EE diagnostics technical support to other departments, customers and suppliers.
- Collect and analyze technical diagnostics requirements from customer
- Lead the diagnostics development activities on a vehicle platform
- Co-ordinate and communicate with suppliers on diagnostic implementation requirements
- Convert ECU technical requirements and develop the appropriate diagnostic strategies
- Support the EOL diagnostic implementation requirements of the customer
- Support customer manufacturing at launch phase with issue resolution activities based on diagnostics DTCs
- Define both vehicle agreement of diagnosis and refreshment, and scheme of controller diagnosis base software, diagnosis system function
- Support the implementation of software flashing, programming & bootloader requirements
- According to FMEA system, make sure fault diagnosis and setup DTS code
- Carryout the single ECU testing and vehicle testing for diagnostics system
- Analyze and solve after-sale quality issues based on diagnostic specifications & functions
- Track diagnostic issues and follow-up error fix resolution
- Work with Module Group Leader together to prepare regular status reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above
- Electrical, electronics, automotive or related majority
- Understand the milestones and contents of product development system
- At least 5 years experience on automotive diagnosis or control parts diagnosis
- Familiar with the network protocol (UDS, KWP2000,CAN, ISO14299 etc...)
- Familiar with FMEA documents and EOL issue management
- Familiar with Chinese standards and regulations for automotive diagnosis (familiar with European standards and regulations preferred)
- Proficiency on the computer and engineering development applications for automotive diagnosis (Digital Buck/PDV, WERS, LQOS, APQP, MADIS, etc...)
- Good MS office skills: excel, word, power point, etc...
- Supplier management experience
- Self-motivation, open mind, good communication skills
- Good Chinese and English language skills: read, write, listen and speak
