Job Responsibility:
Capturing and analysing customer requirements, designing core test specification, setting-up reference test database system, creating new or modifying & enhancing existing test documents which include diagnostics and CAN communication systems
- Applying existing test vector strategies
- Developing validation test plans and Tracking schedules
- Ability to use VB software and other software test tools
- Awareness of software programming and flashing processes
- Awareness of EE Diagnostics services and design processes
- Developing Test Cases for Validation Test Specification
- Developing new test strategies for vehicle functions
- Testing Calibration functions for sensor interfaces
- Supporting optimization process to existing Test plans for E/E systems
- Supporting customer's ECU validation for single ECU , Integration and vehicle testing
- Supporting system and hardware DFMEA
- Supporting E/E Vehicle & ECU Subsystems development
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above in electronic, electromechanical or mechanical engineering
- At least three years automotive experience of working on similar vehicle systems & strategies.
- Experienced in high & low volume vehicle production, automotive validation experience, proven knowledge in Vehicle component technical specifications, communication Protocols and Diagnostics.
- Proficient in the use of Calibration /Diagnostic/CAN/LIN/UDS/KWP2000/ J1939 tool sets and data loggers.
- Excellent knowledge in control and application of sensors and actuators.
- Knowledge & experience of validation of full product life cycle activities including feasibility assessment, concept work, design validation, problem control and resolution, review of test specifications of supplier docs.
- Good Chinese and English language skills: read, write, listen and speak
