Job Responsibility:

1.Responsible for supplier RFQ preparation, quotation consolidation and support all the supplier negotiation for Engineering center
2.Prepare supplier negotiation, recommendation and nomination for all purchased indirect materials
3.Ensure that all purchased items are in line with the overall requirements of the purchasing process and the project timing plan.
4.Outsourced engineer cost control to keep annual target and stretch target.
5.Supplier base (outsourced engineer and package) maintain and regular rating for strategy setting
6.Develop capable supplier base and solid sourcing strategy for Engineering center together with supervisorsQualification:



Qualification:

1.Bachelor degree, major in Foreign Trade, Business Management, Economics, or other related;
2.At least 4 years purchasing experiences in multinational companies
3.Self-Motivated, Open-minded individuals are highly preferred;
4.Good interpersonal skill and communication with persons at different level and functions
5.Good command in English both orally and written, at least CET 6
6.Familiar with SAP
7.High-Integrity.
