职位描述
Job Responsibility:
- Familiar with suspension and sub frame architecture and alignment. Experience in suspension simulation, design and verification.
- Familiar with design and manufacturing of suspension parts (sub-frame, control arm, shock, links, twist beam, knuckle, etc.) focusing on key product characteristics.
- Skills in managing system/ component development process, monitoring program timing, validation, coordination among functional groups both internal and external. Experience in releasing chassis parts for new programs, managing Bill of Material and change process.
- Familiar with engineering process such as DFMEA, DVP/R, APQP, etc.
- Familiar with problem solving process (8D or other). Experience in problem analysis and solving of suspension systems/ components.
- Familiar with fastener parts. Experience in fastener such as selection process, part number management, coating, testing, etc. And good oral English communication skill with foreign fastener experts.
Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree or above in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering or related major.
- More than 3 years working experience in Suspension system.
-good skill of using Catia V5.
- Outgoing / confident nature and ability to work as part of a team. Should possess very high degree of self motivation.
- Good communication skills with team members.
-Good spoken and written English skill.
