职位描述
Responsibilities:
Working as Exterior engineer for Exterior windscreen, backlite, quarter window, washing system and etc.
1.Advanced products design and development.
2. Develop criteria & requirement.
3. Develop and follow plans and schedules.
4. Support supplier selection process.
5. Develop & Maintain Problem Solution Schedule.
6. Support to Develop Engineering Solution.
7. Take part in System Status Review Meetings in Support of the VDP Process.
8. Support to resolve Cross-System Management Team Issues.
9. Review and Update Program Status.
10. Conduct the Program Gate Review Process.
11. Balance of SMT Requirements at VDP process.
12. Balance Content and Performance Within SMT.
Requirements:
EDUCATION: B.S. Engineering graduate., advanced training in CATIA V5
EXPERIENCE: At least five (5) years in similar environment. Strong experience with exterior plastic parts and communication with suppliers
PERSONAL COMPETENCIES: Good communication, logic, and interpersonal skills.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE: Microsoft Office, CATIA V5, automotive DFMEA, and product designs.
OTHER: Travel availability, Strong technical English communication skills
