Purchase Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY
Primarily responsible for performing purchasing duties under supervision of Purchasing Supervisor, including contacting suppliers, preparation of purchase orders, expediting of orders, review of buying reports and other duties as required.

Responsibilities include:
? Develop new vendor, price and delivery date negotiations.
? Maintain and manage Vendors Relationship, make sure the delivery date.
? Fill out forms of purchasing department, such as purchase list etc.
? Issue PO.
? Follow up PO and work out problems before receiving.
? Buy hardware.
? Fulfill application payment to Finance Department and follow up the related works.
? Additional items as assigned by department supervisor.

PRINCIPAL CONTACTS INSIDE/OUTSIDE THE COMPANY
This position interacts with Vendors, Project Managers, and Purchasing Co-workers.

COMPETENCY OR POSITION REQUIREMENTS
? Good purchasing skills, have primary knowledge of Supply Chain Management;
? Have basic English skills. Be able to communicate verbally and in writing;
? The basic negotiate skills;
? Know well purchase process and how to find new vendors;
? Know well spare parts of a mechanical plant;
? Basic time management skills, can finish job in required period;
? Have rights to give advices of cancel the qualification of the supplier and Introduce/develop new suppliers;
? Must be a team member, will to multi-task depending in the needs of the day.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
? College degree or above
? More than 2 years (include 2 years) purchasing working experience, more than 1 year Indirect materials purchasing working experience and mechanical background preferred

EQUIPMENT USED
Can use Office2010 English version and other office equipment.

工作内容：
? 开发新供应商,发掘更多产品报价，货品交期协商
? 供应商维护和管理，保证货品交期
? 填写采购清单
? 发行PO
? 跟踪PO进度,及时解决供货期间发生的相关问题
? 填写付款申请并递交至财务部门，跟进货款支付相关事项
? 购买生产所需小五金零配件
? 完成部门主管安排的其他任务

岗位要求：
? 具备采购技能和供应链管理基础知识
? 具备基本的英语听、说、读、写能力
? 具备基本的商务谈判能力
? 熟悉采购流程及新供应商开发方法
? 熟悉机械工厂用备品备件
? 具备基本的时间管理能力,能在规定时间内完成要求的工作
? 有权建议取消供应商资格和介绍引进新供应商
? 具备团队合作能力，能根据当日情况进行多任务处理
学历及工作经验要求：
? 大专及以上学历
? 2年以上采购工作经验，有一年以上间接材料采购经验和机械背景者优先
