Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  
  1.     Jointly with PL, Data Science, and Global TTR team  to establish KPIs for POS vendors to build a high-performing and consistent  delivery stream. Jointly identify creative opportunities for business growth,  delivery and consistent quality. 
  
  2.     Must be a team player working closely with IV  Enablement and Execution teams, Reference Data, Data Acquisition, Measurement  Science, Production Manager and Product Leadership and other GBS functions  (where applicable) to establish an interaction process with POS vendors.
  
  3.     Define, deploy and drive improvement of Quality KPIs  for POS vendors 
  
  4. Work together with Data Science team to on-board POS vendors, including but  not limited to initial data quality checking and consistency checking
  
  5. Lead monthly store selection process to ensure stores with good quality can  be identified for panel use. Make sure newly selected stores can be used in  production if on-going criteria passed. 
  
  6. Conduct monthly store KPI tracking, and pre-alert to key stakeholders if necessary.
  
  7. Work with end-to-end team together on a monthly basis for vendor data  processing & validation review. Conduct new method for data checking  together with Data Science if necessary. 
  
  8. Communicate with POS vendor key contacts on an ongoing basis regarding  input-data quality and future retailer input-data changes. Conduct all data  investigations where the issue is traced back to retailer input and work with  retailers and Nielsen Operations to correct input errors. 
  
  9. Prepare monthly data quality tracking reports for leadership team, or any  other summaries / analysis on request.
  
  10. Participate in China TTR plan meeting and any POS vendor negotiations /  meeting if necessary (regarding retailer data quality).
  
  11. Work with multiple POS vendor data concurrently and will also include being  responsible for managing the data investigation. The responsibilities are to  work with a client to get the data in the correct format, understanding the  data from a business point of view; manage, escalate and resolve data issues  directly with retailer contact.
  
  12. Conduct field visit if necessary to further understand TT environment and  store owner behavior.
