Performance responsibilities:

- To organise and manage primary and secondary PE resources and equipment, regularly updating the PE resource inventory.

- Organisation and maintenance of team kit allocation and collection.

- Responsible for submission of scores to any sports liaison, where appropriate.

- Assists in communication to general cleaning and maintenance staff on behalf of the PE department.

- Organises and prepares sporting equipment for home fixtures.

- Leads and/or assist coach for the extra-curricular sporting programme where qualified.

- Management and upkeep of PE displays.

- Assist in the development PE resources.

- Curriculum cover support due to absences

- Assists all team managers with administrative duties where necessary

- Supervises the receipt and safe storage of PE and sports equipment

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of sports – swimming would be preferable

- Punctual, organised and energetic

- Technology skills (Microsoft Office)

- Ability to work with interruptions, to work with flexibility and to understand the need for prioritising tasks.

- Chinese Fluent and English Proficient

- Ability to organise, transport and maintain sporting resources/ equipment.
