-Responsibility:

1.To have excellent knowledge of all menu items, including but not limited to wine and beverage lists, and also communicating this knowledge to the guests.
精通并有能力向宾客介绍菜单上所罗列的葡萄酒/饮料的知识。
2.Be able to explain and communicate the menu to guests and colleagues.
能准确把握宾客需求即时推荐合适饮品。
3.Assist Bar Supervisor & Senior Bartenders prepare all needed goods before opening hours
协助酒吧主管和高级调酒师做好营业前期准备。
4.Assist Bar Supervisor & Senior Bartenders during working hours.
在工作中协助酒吧主管和高级调酒师。
5.Have strong knowledge regarding all food and beverage items served.
熟悉并精通所有酒吧所提供的饮品\佳肴。
6.Responsible for providing beverage service to guests and cocktail servers while providing excellent customer relations.
在为宾客提供饮料及鸡尾酒服务的同时，负责和宾客建立起良好的人脉关系。
7.Serve customers in a fast, efficient, friendly and helpful manner.
高速、友好地帮助、服务顾客。
8.Actively ‘sell’ alcohol beverage and other drinks to customers
积极地“销售”酒类和其他饮料给顾客。
9.Ensure that bar is stocked with necessary beverages, food items, paper supplies, utensils, ice and other supplies at all times.
确保酒吧始终有必须的饮料、食物、餐巾纸、器具、冰块和其他货物。
10.Keep bar area always clean and well organized.
确保酒吧区域始终干净整齐。
11.Mix ingredients according to agreed drink recipes.
根据饮料食谱混合填加物。
-Requirements:
1.Good Cocktail and wine knowledge.
精通鸡尾酒及葡萄酒知识
2.English and Chinese spoken.
中、英文良好
3.Be a hands-on supervisor and be present at all times in the Outlet, especially during busy periods.
尽职尽责，恪于职守，任何时间都能出现在任何需要的地点
4.Positive and Dynamic Attitude.
具有积极且热情活跃的工作态度
5.Good presentation.
良好的语言表达能力
6.Preferably with 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in F&B field or 4~5 stars hotel experience.
一年以上在4星、5星级酒店或高端俱乐部工作的经验
7.Good team player with strong customer service skills.
易于融入团体以及具有很强的客户服务能力
