Essential Function 1: Lab operation and quality cotrol

1 In charge of the QC lab daily operation

2 Responsible of QC lab safety, environmental protection, firefighting and so on

3 Ensure QC lab analysis methods effective

4 Ensure QC lab instruments properly maintained and calibrated in time

5 Ensure data accuracy of the testing and reporting

6 Finish critical samples testing in required time slot to support production at full capacity

7 Resposible for the evaluation of RM and new supplier qualification from QC perspective

8 Cost control

Essential Function 2: SAP operation

1 Responsible for maintenance of SAP QC model

2 Responsible for the daily opeartion of SAP, such as quality status updates, COA issue, etc.

Essential Function 3:CPS and continueious improvement

1 Implementation of Clariant CPS2Lead continious improvement in QC Dept.

Essential Function 4:Customers' complaints

1 Member of the QNS

2 Work closely with technical manager to investigate the quality issue and develop countermeasures

Essential Function 5:Training

1 Ensure each QC technician/operator finishing annual refresh training (safety, WI, etc) in time

2 Develop skills and leadship of the QC team

Essential Function 6:Others

1 Other tasks assigned by supervisor or required by regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering
• Business experience: Minimum 5 year experience of QC management
• Additional Qualifications: Written and oral English
