Responsibility

1.Promote IFF technologies and products via presentations to clients in collaboration with the commercial, creative and category teams, in response to reactive requests from clients

2.Work closely with commercial and category teams to explore new business opportunities and generate effective plans for continued growth.

3.Supporting regional category marketing by providing any related data on China (such as: new products, market potential, brand share, company/player share etc)

4.Supporting the China SCI team in implementing sensory and consumer insights projects and delivering presentations related to SCI research results to clients

5.Maintain and improve IFF brand awareness and perception in the China market via events, printed materials and other collateral.

Requirements:

Essential:

• University degree

• At least 5 years work experience in the food & beverage industry

• Ability to take initiative and work independently

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with people at different levels

• Strong organizational skills (planning meetings, trips and projects)

• Creative and abstract thinking skills

• Logical and analytical thinking skills

• Presentation and public speaking skills

• Fluent written and spoken English

• Advanced MS Office skills (e.g. Powerpoint, Excel).

• A good sense of design

• Team spirit

Preferred:

• Strong project & expectation management skills

• 5 or more years of work experience in the food & beverage industry

• Experience in sensory & consumer insights

• Design skills (e.g. Adobe Photoshop)

• Quick learner
