岗位职责:
Full management ownership of robotics mechatronics design team
Lead team to deliver complete robot manipulator designs from 6-axis articulated, SCARA, DELTA to AGV products.
Lead team to follow R&D process to fulfill NPD, Localization, Cost-down, upgrade and sustaining projects on time and quality.
Support engineers to solve design problems, ensure quality, control risk, communicate with stakeholders locally and globally.
Develop team’s design expertise and capacity in a consistent way任职资格:
Solid knowledge and design experience in robotics manipulator, End-Effector, control cabinet and cabling;
10+ years of hands-on robotics design experience in top robotics company
5+ years of mechanical design team management in top robotics company
Design experience of Robot Controller and cabinet
Experience in KUKA Robot system is a plus
Excellent English Skills in speaking and writing
Proved skills in leading, Coordinating, Communication and Presenting;
