岗位职能：律师/法律顾问

职位描述：

Duties 岗位职责

1. Take charge of the entire management, execution and exploration of legal consulting service and standardize legal services;

2. Draft and review internal documents of enterprise clients, including various contracts and agreements;

3. Participate in and organize business negotiation of enterprise projects. Draft and modify project-related legal documents;

4. Provide support on internal audit projects and provide legal due diligence service;

5. Maintain and develop existing legal resources and provide internal legal services.

1. 全面管理法律服务项目，执行并开拓各项法律咨询服务，标准化各类服务流程及文本；

2. 负责起草、审核客户企业内部文件，包括各类合同、协议等；

3. 负责管理大型企业项目商务谈判，起草、修改项目的法律文件；

4. 负责配合支持内部审计项目并提供法律尽职调查等服务；

5. 负责维护和拓展公司现有法律资源，向公司内部提供法律服务。

Qualifications 任职资格

1. Bachelor degree and above, majored in Laws;

2. PRC bar qualification holder;

3. Proficiency in the laws & regulations concerning foreign investment, Company Law and Contract Law as well as
related application. Have experience in business negotiation;

4. 5 years work experience, experience in law firm, large and middle scale enterprises as legal service consultant or in the field of consultancy is preferred;

5. Excellent communication, clear and fluent Chinese and English;

6. Ability to draft professional and normative legal documents, such as Legal Opinion Letter.

1. 大学本科及以上学历，法律专业；

2. 持有律师资格证书；

3. 精通外商投资相关的法律、法规，公司法、合同法等相关法律法规以及相应的应用，具有商务项目谈判经验；

4. 5年以上工作经验，在律师事务所执业，有大中型企业担任法律顾问经历或有咨询行业从业经历者为佳；

5. 出色的语言沟通、表达及谈判能力，中英文表达清晰、流畅；

6. 法律意见书等法律文书书写专业规范，可撰写英文法律文书。
