职位描述

Summary:

The role of Sales Manager for wholesales accounts will mainly be responsible for online B2B development of channel distribution platform, sales planning and promotion of in-depth cooperation with the platforms, he/she will formulate and implement the sales plan according to the operation rules and procedures of the platform; Evaluate and analyze daily sales performance and promotion results, and propose optimization plan in time etc. Enlarge the sales penetration of key platforms as well as resellers.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Develop resellers especially in Taobao and proper platforms for brand to enlarge the sales penetration and hit the wholesales target.

· Setup the distributor/KA strategy to have a systematic purchase price by different resellers.

· Monitor the pricing closely the ensure a healthy business.

· Develop and implement effective EC wholesales marketing strategy based on brand position, channel resources, company strategy, and B2B customer online behaviors to help the business growth.

· Work closely with internal brand team and TP/distributors the consistent message, supervise daily operation and plan/execute the annual strategy to drive revenue.

· Develop EC channel and portfolio strategy for capturing potential business opportunities and creating channel differentiation based on the understanding of category trend, customer insights & competitor analysis.

· Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on the insights

· Control the margin and budget according to the sales revenue.


Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree with proven 3-5 years EC marketing experience

· Demonstrable strong experience in leading and managing EC wholesales business.

· Highly creative & influential with experience in engaging target customers, leveraging platform tactics, managing distributors that can engage and motivate.

· Strong ability to negotiate and build strategic plans as well as implement new business opportunities

· Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in EC marketing and measurement
