1．OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的 

负责设备保养维护和故障处理，确保设备高效率稳定运行. 

Responsible for equipment maintenance and trouble shooting ensure high efficiency and stable running of equipment 

2．MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES主要职责  

？ 处理与设备相关的问题，维护、排除故障及快速修复设备. 

Dealing with issues related to equipment，maintenance，trouble shooting and repair of equipment quickly 

？ 执行机械及电气设备的预防维护计划 

Perform mechanical and electrical equipment preventive maintenance plan 

？ 巡检设备确保设备运行正常 

Inspection equipment to ensure equipment running normally 

？ 做好当班维修记录及按规定做好各设备的点检记录确认 

Make the duty of maintenance records and the equipment inspection records as required 

？ 向工程师提供持续改进建议及与设备问题相关的技术信息等 

Continuous improvement advice engineer and technical information and other related equipment problems 

？ 严格按照相关法规和标准遵守安全规定 

In strict accordance with the relevant regulations and standards to comply with safety requirements 

？ 按时完成主管分配的其他工作 

Complete other works assigned by supervisor on time 

3. KEY COMPETENCIES资格能力要求 

？ 机电工程相关专业,大专学历尤佳. 

automotive component industry work experience in maintenance ，good practice and learning ability 

？？ 3年以上汽车零部件行业维修工作经历，较强的动手及学习能力。

？ 熟悉基本的电气，机械，气动，液压等知识，并运用其快速解决现场故障。 

be familiar with basic electrical，mechanical，pneumatic and hydraulic knowledge，and use it to solve the trouble 

？ 熟悉PLC（AB，西门子，三菱等）控制，伺服，触摸屏等.及办公自动化软件 

Familiar with PLC（AB, siemens，etc， Mitsubishi），servo，HMI,etc and office automation software 

？ 较强的沟通及团队合作能力，能承受较大工作压力. 

Strong communication and team work ability，can work under high presure 

？ 有良好职业道德，能适应翻班工作，工厂2年内有计划搬至张家港。
