Job description:

1. Intercompany coordination of ICS organization and activities

2. Governance function: Competence and development of methods applied (e.g., determination of best practices), policy-making powers

3. Monitoring of implementation of key measures to remedy any identified control deficiencies

4. Reporting to central committees

5. Tools support

6. Quality assurance of the results delivered by the group companies

7. Support to group companies on methodological issues and in the development of action plans to address control deficiencies

8. Assessment of company results

9. Definition of action plan to eliminate control deficiencies at corporate level

10. Monitoring and status communication of measures designed to eliminate control deficiencies at Group level.


Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting related

2. At least 5 years related work experiences.

3. Profound knowledge on account standard, state laws and regulations

4. Good command in English. German will be preferred.

5. Familiar with ERP system
