售后技术支持工程师主要负责回答客户的问题，根据软件支持合同解决客户技术问题；维护更新与项目实施和支持有关的项目文件以及协调项目计划，维护更新团队的日程表。基于我们的经验，我们更倾向于招募思维敏捷，具有良好问题解决能力和学习能力的人才。

职位要求，按重要性顺序为：

1．能够承担责任，具备解决问题的能力

2．学习能力强,能够很快的融入公司,不需要过多的培训.

3．有维护工程的经验或为工业集团、工程公司提供过咨询经验， 最好有了解多个学科的经验（机械， 电气，自动化）

4．积极主动并能够在一个迅速发展的企业里独立工作

5．能与客户及其管理团队进行良好沟通（中文和英语）

6．至少1-2年相关工作经验

Technical support Engineer

Technical support assistant is responsible for answer customers’ claims and solve customers’ technical issue according to the software support contracts and maintain an up-to-date good quality project documentation, usable during implementation and for support; coordinate project plans, maintain an up-to-date team calendar as well. Based on our experience, we value a well-functioning brain, good problem-solving skills and fast-learning ability.

Qualifications and requirements, in order of importance:

1. Ability to take responsibility and solve problems

2. Willingness and ability to learn fast, without excessive support (on-the-job coaching is our preferred training approach)

3. Experience in maintenance engineering or consulting within an industrial group or with an engineering firm, preferably with an understanding of more than one discipline (mechanical, electrical, automation)

4. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-growing business environment

5. Good communication skills, interacting with customers’ team (Chinese and English)

6. At least 1-2 years experience for a supplier or in a customer environment
