职位描述
Ø Activities in releasing new product and new process, verify process capability and so on.
Ø With Engineering and production to set up and improve line control with tools like SPC in order for a stable line quality performance
Ø Monitor line quality performance including SPC/OQC/PQA/RMA performance to lead continuous improvement
Ø Quality information collection monthly to finish quality cockpit, Pareto analysis and so on.
Ø Support in failure analysis of RMA return when needed
Ø Perform regular internal audit
Ø Extend improvement activities to vendor side in raw material quality improvement
Ø Vendor auditor in souring process
- Bachelor degree, Engineering Background ，major in optics is prefer
- 2+ years quality work experience in high-tech macnufacturing quality team
- Experience of working in ISO9001 system and using SPC is required
- Good English in oral and written comunication,CET 6 is perfer.
- Good computer skills in the use of Excel,Word….
- Work independently and Initiative
- Good team work
