• 根据清单中所提供的料做样品书；
• ke a sample book based on the materials provided in the list；
• 确保所有样品货物都有标签；
• sure that all sample shipments are labeled
• 检查样品的库存，零库存的需邮件给采购订购；
• ecking stock of samples，if it’s no stock of one material ,need to mail to the purchaser to place an order of it.
• 剪切样品后需整理归类，放在箱子里，贴好相应标签；
• ter cutting the sample, organize it, put it in the boxes and put the corresponding label on it.
• 检查消耗品库存，低库存的需要邮件给采购订购；
• ecking stock of consumables，if it’s lower stock of any of it ,need to mail to the purchaser to place an order of it.
• 整理好样品区，新样品放在架子上，旧样品（6个月之前的）放在栈板上盖好；
• ganize the sample area, put the new samples on the shelf, and cover the old samples (6 months ago) on the pallet.
• 有时间寻找仓库与办公室；
