Assortment (Apparel) Planner for China E-commerce 

Reporting to: E-com manager China

Assignment & Expectations：

Merchandising & Stock optimization

•  Monthly OTB planning and all merchandise analysis (including buying efficiency and assortment analysis, etc.). Provide assortment selection input back to HQ buyers.
• Compile and submit all necessary sales performance (sell through, forecasts, budgets, etc.) information on a regular basis (weekly, monthly, seasonal) for manager’s and stakeholders view.
• Monitor stock receipt, including delivery status, product cycle. Provide action on transfer, consolidation, and season end return to maximize product activity.
• Secure a profitable stock level and turnover rate of stock.
•  Understanding client’s request on product feedback and delivery. Deliver regular channel insight report and provide ongoing feedback to Global stakeholders.
• Foster effective relationship with HQ for order optimization and report market intelligence for future product  development and commercial needs.
• Prepare seasonal product training materials and provide training to all channels/partners as required.

Store VM

• Update E-commerce platform look &feel and layout as per brand image.
  
• Manage user interface maintenance, site look and feel and display in accordance to sales and marketing targets Strategy.
• Provide and analyze competitors’ prices to recommend retail price
• Study competitor’s assortment for future merchandise planning.
• Work with TP to define the online selling & promotional strategies – according to budget.
• Support manager for order, re-order, mark down proposal and result analysis
• Lead and manage online discount principal and make sure each platform running under control.

REQUIREMENT

• Education: University degree or above
  
• Language: Mandarin & English in speech and writing
• Computer skills: Microsoft packade and tech savvy
• Work experience: Must to have working experience in Tmall or JD or VIP channel for 3 years +, and experience from merchandising planning. 
• Communication skills: Strong in communication and presentation skills be able to explain and influence others.
