Job Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee the daily operation of Finance Department to meet business demands.
• Prepare financial, accounting, operational and performance reports.
• Manage and review tax filing and compliance according to regulatory requirements.
• Support the Management to handle finance issues nationally and internationally.
• Work closely with the Group Finance team to ensure all deliverables meet the Group's requirement and expectation.
• Support the setting and implementation of financial KPIs.
• Conduct financial forecasting and annual financial planning & budgeting as required.
• Closely partner with all internal teams to provide professional advices.
• Establish and optimize internal financial procedures like cash flow, employee reimbursement, expense review,  A/R & A/P systems and fixed assets management.
• Responsible for coordination with banks, auditing firm, local tax authorities and other government authorities; advise management on legal issues.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting or Finance.
• More than 10 years working experience; more than 3 years team management experience.
• Controlling experience is preferred.
• Experience of work with foreign owned company is required.
• Sound knowledge of finance and accounting requirements.
• Familiar with PRC tax regulation/rules and accounting standards.
• Ability to manage the relationship with senior stakeholders and act as business partner.
• Excellent Excel spreadsheet and PowerPoint skills.
• Good customer service attitude.
• Ability to supervise, mentor, develop and motivate staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
• Strong analysis skills and problem-solving skills.
• IT/IT Architecture background is preferred.
• Good time management skills to enable work to be done within tight deadlines.
• Proficient English oral and written communication skills.
