This position manages the full spectrum of film marketing function managing the latest film marketing information and materials with headquarters and Hollywood and local studios. The main responsibilities include providing film marketing instruction file, initiating, producing and distributing marketing materials, coordinating local film marketing events with theater, digital and PR team to promote the IMAX element and initiate film marketing campaign for each IMAX title release etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital engines operation & management

        

· Communicate with agency for IMAX social media operation.

    

· Control the IMAX social media execution quality to deliver IMAX brand message & outstanding movie experience.

    

· Work together with social agency to develop the innovative social activity to maximize the fans’ engagement.

    

· Tracking the social media data on time and report back.

    

· Assistant in supporting IMAX SEM management & report back.

• Digital partners’ Cooperation

        

· IMAX online partnership maintenance and build close relationship with current online partners.

    

· Communicate with IMAX online partners to promote IMAX brand message & IMAX movies.

    

· Collect the promotion materials from partners and develop the report for each cooperation.

• Integrated Campaign & BTL Event Support

        

· Based on the campaign strategy & plan to do the coordination between internal & external to make sure the smoothly execution.

    

· IMAX BTL event execution & onsite support.

    

· Collect the promotion evidence and assistant to generate the campaign report.

• Legal & finance relevant affairs

        

· Support marketing team to proceed the regular legal & finance process. Be in charge of budget & payment tracking.

    

Requirements:

    

    

· Marketing, agency or media Alliances >2 year

    

· Bachelor degree or above in Business or Marketing discipline

    

· Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin & English

    

· Good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.

    

· Strong logical thinking, data analysis and office software skills

    

· Extensive knowledge about film industry is a plus
