.    Develop and implement sourcing strategies for the purchase of materials; 

.    Process purchase requisitions and requests for quotes to suppliers. Lead and organize multi-functional teams to carry out purchasing activities and acquire the material in a cost effective and timely manner. 

.    Conduct the bidding process and contract negotiation, ensure all transactions and activities are accurate and compliant with procedure 

.    Influence the procurement of goods and services to achieve the best possible negotiation result by early liaison with specialist departments concerning procurement processes and choice of suppliers 

.    Set up Scorecard for key supplies and lead supplier performance assessment. Monitor the performance of the suppliers and secure continuous improvement in supplier performance. 

.     Develops and coordinates sourcing project plans. Communicates changes and progress status.  Completes projects on time and within budget. 

.    Consolidate & Optimize MRO Supplier Base and enhance the Supplier Relationship management

 Experience Requirements (In Detail):    

·       5 years of purchasing experience 

·       Excellent skills in Contract Administration; Specification interpretation; Technical Component and Assembly Knowledge; and Supply Base Knowledge. 

·       Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and oral), and negotiation skills; outgoing, assertive personality. ·       Good MS office skill, MRP/ERP system experience

·       Experience in the Aerospace industry preferred
