岗位职责：

负责游泳区域的所有人员的安全。

汇报对象：

此职位汇报给体育教研组长。

具体工作职责：

- 负责监管游泳区域的所有活动，排除安全隐患，避免安全事故。

- 如有溺水等意外情况，能及时施救。

- 能管理并实施急救。

- 注意观察泳池区域的不安全行为及潜在安全隐患，贯彻执行泳池相关管理条例和规章制度。

- 如有任何紧急情况，能遵循紧急情况处理预案及步骤。

- 保持泳池及附近区域的秩序。

- 维护设施的清洁，能完成基本的泳池清洁及维护工作。

- 负责管理和提供紧急情况下的救生设备（救生管，背板，标志和其他设备）。

- 使用水质测试工具，确定游泳池水的含氯量及PH值，并做好记录。

- 能向使用者提供泳池基本运营相关信息。

- 如有需要，能帮助教授游泳课。

- 完成相关书面工作。

知识、技能及能力要求：

- 准时、值得信赖、有责任心，并有儿童工作的相关经验。

- 具备游泳池设备及维护的相关知识。

- 具备救生方法和步骤的知识，包括急救及基本心肺复苏方法。

- 具备制定和管理泳池相关管理条例和规章制度的能力。

- 具备游泳池清洁及处理氯水系统的知识。

- 掌握救生技能及救生设备的使用方法。

- 精通游泳。

- 在紧急情况下，能够反应迅速并保持冷静。

- 能实施抢救行动，管理和进行急救和心肺复苏。

最基本任职要求：

- 必须持有效救生员上岗证、或急救员资格证。并于任职时，持有心肺复苏相关专业证书。
