1、根据总部的目标，完成咨询量及业绩指标

2、负责客户开发，储备客户资源，有一定的谈判能力，能独立完成谈判业务

3、负责组织公司大型促销活动，通过活动现场收集客户信息跟踪开发客户

4、市场数据的整理、汇总及分析，整合储备推广资源

5、关注客户的需求，为客户提供力所能及的各种服务，展示良好的精神风貌与专业形象

6、保持与客户密切联系，及时了解客户需求，处理客户的求助、建议、咨询投诉等信息，做好客户回访工作

7、完成本部门要求的业绩目标

任职要求：

1、专科及以上学历，形象好，亲和力强，普通话标准，肯吃苦

2、有1年以上早教中心工作销售经验，应届毕业生也可

3、具有较强的沟通与表达能力、有良好的团队合作意识并富有开拓精神

4、熟练使用EXCEL、WORD等办公软件

工作时间：8:00-17:00 或 10:00-19:00 ，每周工作5天，轮休。

薪资：基础薪资4500，业绩达到20万，基础薪资增加至8000，业绩达到30万，基础薪资增加至10000，提成另计：10个点。
