The Employer is a US based, electric power and automation equipment manufacturer established in 1905.  For its served field, the company is a market leader.  Shanghai Plant is located in Zhangjiang Pudong, producing the same products for China and overseas markets.  Inside Shanghai operation, there is a dedicated team serving product design for US head quarter.  The product designs based on actual order will be utilized by Production Department for manufacturing of products for US market.

Requirement:

•  Undergraduate course in engineering of electric or mechanical related.
•  About 2 years work experience in engineering department of a manufacturing facility, as design role.
•  At least CET-4
•  Engineering English language ability for at least read and write.  Experienced with putting marks on drawing, communications with their “customers” of the design output (usually production).
•  Strong sense of logic and imagination for parts being dealt with.
•  Must be able to use AutoCAD and typical office software, be able to learn new software in short time to accomplish work, such as ERP software.
•  Experiences with 3D design software is a plus. Experience with Creo/Pro-E software is much more preferred.
•  Training in US will be provided, and based on the improvement of experience and enhanced skill, in order to undertake higher requirement designs, more detailed and longer training time in US will be considered.
