职责描述：

Project Purchase

1. CAPEX purchase implementation according to the development project and business plan.

2. Cost saving projects initiatives and management to control in budget. 

3. New suppliers development associated with new projects and localization activities.

4. Organize bidding/tendering work including bidding evaluation, technical clarification, commercial clarification, contract negotiation etc.

5. Daily supplier management based on terms and condition, NDA, agreement, frame contract, quality, process control, capacity etc.

6.Order & contract well preparation and payment settlement.

7. Measure suppliers' performance; continuously monitor supplier quality related activities, lead time and service.

8. Cooperate with supplier management supervisor to handle quality issue and improve supplier quality performance.

9. Initiate and implement continuous improvement plans on cost, quality, delivery and service including payment terms extension and supplier early involvement etc.

Purchasing interaction coordination

1.Daily goods receive issue coordination 

2. Purchasing procedures, SOP and related quality system maintain and update. 

3. Participate in internal and external ISO audit and customer audit，represent purchasing to prepare evidences and answers, audit corrected actions follow up.

4. New SAP code application initiation and follow up.

5. Product stewardship attestation communicate with suppliers

6. Documentation of CR, BSCD, QAA, quality system initiator. 

7. EBS, CVM coordinator.

Other value added purchasing activities

1. Market investigation with report to have better insight of specific field of advance technology.

2. Digital contract management 

3. Risk management of purchasing.

4.Other tasks assigned by superior and management.

任职要求：

1.Education ：Bachelor degree major in Engineering degreewith technical knowledge or equivalent, at least  3–5 years' professional experience

2.Knowledge of Chemical industry requirements 

3.Good command of written and spoken English.

4.Good computer skills (MS office, ERP).

5.More than 3 year’s experience in a manufacturing industry in an international environment

6.Minimum of 1 years experience in Purchasing
