职责描述：

- Customer complaints processing 

- Continuous improvement on quality level 

Assess risk and effective corrective actions in review of new project

Utilize effective tool to improve product quality

Lead investigation for lower CPK and make improvement with other department

- PPAP document collection: Make plan and finish the PPAP document in quality department, collect the other documents from other departments, and follow the actions that are found during the PPAP document review.

- DCC and other documents management 

- Process audit: Conduct regular surveillance process audit, lead to find process risk and organize to make actions plan; 

- Other work related with quality

任职要求：

1. Education 教育背景：Bachelor degree above of chemical engineering 

2. Special knowledge/Skills 特别技能及知识：

Quality tools for SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, QC tools for problem solving etc.;

Good command of English;

Good command of computer.

Familiar with ISO9001 and its related system;

Knowledge of ISO 13485, IATF 16949 and VDA is prioritized;

3. Related Experience 相关经历：At least 5 years experience in manufacture plant in quality management, and international plant is preferred;

4. Key Competencies 主要能力：good team work spirit, organizing & planning, problem solving and strong communication skills
