Responsibilities

你将主要参与以下这些工作：

● Direct or coordinate wellness and lifestyle related industry suppliers / products researching, supplier selection, relationship building and recommendations.

健康管理和生活方式相关行业的供应商搜寻、选择、关系建立与维护、推荐。

● Supplier Negotiation and contracts management.

供应商谈判，合同管理。

● Industry Research: Able to creatively source market data from a variety of resources, and organize research into a clear and coherent presentation.

行业调研和搜索，积极而且有创意地搜索市场信息，组织成调研结果，并能组织清晰流畅的汇报内容。

● Solution/product purchase, direct or coordinate distribution and implementation. Coordination, follow ups to ensure delivered with quality standard and requirements.

供应商方案的执行、统筹、跟进。确保保质保量完成。

● Window for client requests and maintain CRM system

客户信息系统更新和维护

● Supplier quality control, quality SOP development, and management.

Competencies Requirements:

我们希望的你具有以下能力和经验：

● 3+ years of work experience in purchasing, supply chain management.

3年以上采购和供应链管理经验。

● Healthcare, wellness related industry experience is a plus.

医疗和健康管理等相关行业优先。

● Service oriented with high quality: Willing to get hands dirty in all different tasks, understands that customer needs are important, and willing to go the extra mile to meet these needs, with high quality, and capability for detail oriented work.

高品质的服务导向：愿意撸起袖子踏实做事，能理解客户需求，愿意付出额外的努力实现需求，对工作保持高品质要求、注重关键细节。

● Strong project management skills. Can define clear objective and manage priorities, liaise resources and execute plan in a timely way. Can ensure sufficient task output.

优秀的项目管理能力。可以清晰界定目标和工作优先事项，对接资源，落地计划的开展。及时交付有质量的工作成果。

● Effective communications. Can present views clearly and logically structures content for a broad audience; listens and responds to feedback; prepares in advance to appear confident; leaves a positive and professional impression; communicate well with other disciplines, such as medical team, engineers and designers, strong team player skills.

有效沟通。演讲表达清晰，逻辑结构严谨；展示自信，并用客户能理解的方式呈现。有一定的跨领域沟通能力能力，例如可以和医疗团队、工程师、设计师及其它领域团队成员协作。

● Fluently bilingual, both written and spoken English and Chinese a must.

中英文沟通和书写流利是必需的。

● Bachelor degree or higher, or business management background. Reputable university, oversea education and working experience is a big plus.

大学本科或以上学历。知名院校、海外教育和工作经验优先。
