Job Purpose: In charge of organizing and monitoring raw material supply, finished product shipments and all related electronic recording and documentation.

Product availability management:

To ensure raw material availability and finished product shipments to shops according to their orders at all time while documenting all products movements.

Logistic:

1. Place orders to all suppliers according to the request of the production team

2. Receive and process all warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)

3. Manage raw material and packaging warehouse inventory and maintain the right level of supply at all time

4. Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high in compliance with all regulations

5. Collect and send invoice to appropriate services

相应的票据管理。

6. Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization

7. Arrange all outgoing shipments: Packaging-documentation-deliveries

8. Carry out clerical work, including typing proofreading, and editing documents and spreadsheets

9. Track and organize visitors/contractors

10. Responsible for the office cleanliness

11. Follow quality standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulation

1. Report immediately important issues concerning staff, customers, authorities and safety matters to the Chef

2. Carry out instructions given by the management team and business partners

3. Lead by example at all times according to the Pain Chaud standards

Qualification

要求

1. 1 to 3 year work experience in a F&B logistic division

1-3年在F&B行业的物流部门。

2. High school diploma, university degree is a plus

高中学历，大学更佳。

3. Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft office suite

4. English

英语

5. Good customer care and approachable attitude

6. Good communication skills

7. Able to manually handle goods that may be bulky/heavy using equipment as appropriate
