Major Responsibility：

Lead ADAS validation function team for resource, task and project validation plan. Support validation manager for validation team roadmap. Guide function team for test specification/test case according to system requirement of ADAS system and Integration of measurement technology within ADAS System.

Activities ：

• Lead ADAS validation function team for resource, plan and tasks

• Support validation manager to realize the validation team roadmap

• Work with team and validation manager for function validation strategy development, improvement and documentation

• Mentor new comer for easy onboarding and quick jump into validation task

• Close work with other development domains and validation team in Germany

• Develop the vehicle test work to support ADAS project development and review the validation report.

• Support test manager for project validation milestone, strategy and vehicle resource plan

• Lead the validation method and process development of new ADAS function application

• Study validation testing and related test equipment that confirm to global regulations - EUNCAP/CNCAP/ etc.

• Assessment of customer requirements from system validation perspective

• Proficient in the product Interface documents (customer interface/installations/debug. etc)

• Guide function team to develop and prepare test specifications/test cases and acceptance test with customer

• Work with customer on customer testing analysis or trouble shooting

• Support testing related customer technical communications and presentation, like EOL support

                         

Qualifications：

• 3+ years work in the field of ADAS

• At least 2 years system or vehicle testing experience

• Very experienced with AEB, ACC, LKA, ICA function principle and trouble shooting, master of one or more ADAS functions

• Very experienced with ADAS Sensor performance and limitation, like Radar, Camera

• Experience of team management is plus

• Good experience with Vector CAN tools like CANape, CANanalyzer

• Good knowledge in the C programming, Matlab/Simulink, CAPL

• Knowledge of measurement techniques

• Knowledge of project management

• Willingness to travel

• Experience in dealing with customers

• Basic knowledge of presentation techniques

• Good English

• Team work capability

• BSc or higher in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical/Electronic Engineering.
