What you will do:

• Source new business opportunities and Network new business partners
• Identify and evaluate appropriate business opportunities for Ubisoft titles (Console, PC, Mobile, SmartTV, VR…) in China
• Develop business opportunities for internal consideration and approval
• Collaborate with other teams within Ubisoft to accomplish the deal, and to enlarge the gain by work crossover with other teams
• Support and work on all phases of a deal process, Draft deal structure and provide financial analysis
• Follow up on and monitor partner reconciliation, payment and royalty statements.
• Maintain deep understanding and current awareness of the game industry
• Maintain relationship with partners

What you should be equipped with:

• At least 10 years of professional experiences in successfully sourcing, structuring, negotiating and closing deals with partners
• A natural networker with contacts across partners, operators, agencies within China.An effective negotiator precisely aligned with our business interest, competent to navigate towards the best outcome, able to compromise and bridge difference.
• Clear and Precise communication on different occasions
• Collaborative and leadership mindset
• Fluent English
