1. Responsible for completion of corporate and VAT tax returns including all related analysis and support

2. Responsible for withholding tax filing and control process

3. Responsible for domestic and cross-border advice on business transactions and arrangement

4. Responsible for transfer pricing documentation and transfer pricing analysis and arrangements

5. Responsible for tax audits and local filings

6. Liaison with operating management on tax issues and accounting staff on tax accounting issues

7. Ensuring that appropriate internal controls are in place over accounting for income taxes

8. Departmental liaison with IT staff on all technical matters relating to tax applications

9. Provide tax input on branch policies and processes

10. Review and provide support to the Head Office on quarterly Tagetik tax reporting, Italian CFC, CbCR and Master File

11. Assist in FATCA and CRS topics upon request.

12. Assist Head Office to supervise and monitor tax activities which may have an impact for the Group.

                        

  

Qualifications

  

1. Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in Accounting. Master's Degree in Taxation desirable.

2. Driven professional to ensure deadlines are met sooner.

3. Ability to work with Head Office competence line to report, manage and minimize all tax risks.

4. Six-seven years of related experience in the tax office of Multinational Enterprises or International Accounting Firms.
