Job Description:

Be responsible for MFG kaizen and improvement projects on cost, quality and on time delivery.

负责制造事业部关于成本降低,质量提升和准时交付的项目.

Assists MFG BU GM for promoting lean/six sigma culture by hands on activities.

协助制造事业部总经理推动精益六西格玛文化的改善活动.

Supports lean system build up, digitalize SH operations and visualize workshop.

支持精益体系的建立, 建设上海工厂的数字化和目视化.

Initiates JIT between PL SH, suppliers, SCM and Potise by VSM and other lean tools.

在工厂与工厂之间, 工厂与供应链,悦图实现拉动生产,运用价值流和其他精益工具.

Organizes training to the employees in the shop floor, promote lean concept.

组织对车间员工的精益培训, 提升精益生产的理念.

Production background, hands on production management experiences, auto industry candidate is preferred.

生产管理的背景, 希望有较强的生产管理经验, 汽车行业的候选人优先.

Other tasks assigned by upper management.

Qualification and Requirement

任职资格

At least 10 years experience in Production Management and within which at least 5 years experience in machinery or automotive Industry, tie1 or tie 2 is OK as well.

In depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
