1．
策划新产品的先期产品质量策划，实施QFD，确保过程与APQP要求相符。

Plan APQP and implement QFD, insure meet the requirement of APAP.

2．和项目组接口，PPAP文件准备和按时递交。

Be responsible for keeping touch with every project teams to prepare and
hand in PPAP files in time.

3．与质量部接口，参与供应商PPAP生产的过程审核。

Take part in PPAP process audit of supplier with SDE and give out
opinion if the supplier meets the requirement of YFK SOP.

4．审核各新产品PSO、2TP(GP9)和GP12，并进行整改。

Be responsible for auditing work including PSO and 2TP (GP9) audit.

5．监控生产过程符合控制计划要求，持续优化质量控制手段。

Monitor process follow CP requirement.

6．对质量员、检验员的技术培训及实物质量的最终判定。

Be responsible for training of quality coordinator and inspector and
evaluation of parts quality.

7．对顾客抱怨及时作出反应,找出质量问题的根本原因,并根据要求完成追踪行动，撰写RPSR。

Be responsible for RPSR and action plan following up with customer
reject or complaint.

8．监控各类审核整改行动措施的跟踪和验证。

Be responsible for supervise the track and certificate every audit
improvement action measures.  Audit the
quality system on a pre determined regular basis.

9．确保产品档案的齐全，维护《主控手册》。

Maintainto insure the complete information of
product.

10．监控内部质量成本，制定行动计划。

Be responsible for summary and control the quality cost department.

资格和要求 Qualification and requirements:

教育:本科或以上学历（机械或工科背景）

Education: Bachelor or above
degree (major in Industry Engineering)

经历: 2年以上质量工程师经验，有汽车行业背景。(方向盘、座椅等皮革包覆经验)

Experience：above 2
years of quality engineer experience, automobile industry background.

技能Skill:

内审员 Inner Auditor

具有TS16949经验.Experience of TS16949.

系统思考和团队合作.System thinking and team
working.

能独立开展工作.Able to work under owns
initiative.

英语流利。Fluent English
