Primary Role and Responsibility

  

§ Proactively look for new owners, purchasers for general sales, purchase and leasing opportunities

  

§ Build and maintain relationships with owners and landlords to facilitate effective negotiations

  

§ Conduct market research of new residential developments for sales, purchase or leasing

  

§ Research and complete regular report of Sales & Purchase market trends

  

  

Additional Role and Responsibility

  

§ Represent general brokerage and corporate tenants in home search and negotiations

  

§ Provide the highest level of service excellence to relocate executives and their families

  

§ Assist executives and families to understand the process and available resources when moving to Shanghai

  

§ Prepare and negotiate tenancy agreements, conduct property inspections and check-in services

  

  

  

  

Requirements:

  

  

§ Self-motivated, results oriented and good negotiations skills

  

§ Fluency in English and Mandarin

  

§ Working experience in the Shanghai real estate market preferred

  

§ Enjoy working in the real estate industry and helping people

  

§ Personable and able to build and maintain relationships

  

§ Proficient computer skills including MS Office applications
