岗位职责:

Key Responsibilities

? Develop MarCom & PR plan based on marketing strategic plan with superior guidance.
? Develop practical consistent brand VI usage guidance for SHM and supervise on usage
? Develop media and media content strategic plan according to marketing strategy and supervise execution
? Develop event plan and supervise execution according to MarCom & PR strategic plan
? Organize participant, generate resource and develop joint promotion for events
? Supervise all layout and production for all media, event and PR activities.
? Manage external PR partners in producing press releases and external communications via print, industry, mainstream and online media
? Generate new marketing and promotional material as well as localize headquarter content for local market including print and web content.
? Creates and deliver brochures, newsletters, and other publications as well as develop branded merchandise.
? Manage communications with and provide marketing support for major service lines
? Manage cooperation relations with industry, mainstream media and related parties
? Monitor media coverage and track industry trends
? Manage market WeChat Subscribe account
? Coordinate with sales team on pipeline building and marketing activity tracking.

任职资格:

Key Requirements

? Bachelor degree or higher in Business, Marketing or Communications
? Strong communication skills with high proficiency in Chinese and English
? Experience working for a company in healthcare, luxury brand or PR industry would be an advantage
? Experienced on offline event (up to 200 attendees) planning and execution
? Have a minimum of 5 years in similar role and job scope, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
? Possess a good understanding of media and public relations work and has experience working with it.
? KPI to drive lead generation
? Good analytical and negotiation skills
? Good business acumen and experience working with sales directly or indirectly
? Rich media and PR experience & strong leads generation experience.
? Good at team work & as a good small team leader
