Job Objective:
The principal responsibility is to create and satisfy continuous demand for the brand through the strategic planning and tactical management of brand building and tactical promotion activities.

Key Duties:
Work with General Manager & Director of Marketing to formulate brand strategies to drive the long-term development and growth of Simmons.
Work with General Manager & Director of Marketing to formulate marketing plans to increase the awareness & drive the sales of Fjords, our agency brand.
Plan and implement marketing communications programs including but not limited to advertising, brand and tactical events, catalogues & leaflets production, marketing collaterals development, display & POPs, VM, social media activities, website management, and other PR programs to achieve the set objectives.
Coordinate with agencies and service providers to develop marketing projects.
Work closely with sales departments in the planning and implementation of promotion activities.
Work closely with merchandising & sales departments in packaging design and product launch plan.
Marketing budget management & monthly expenses update.
Prepare monthly report on key marketing activates in the region, marketing activities of key competitors, and the planned projects.
Supervise subordinates, if any, in daily operations.
Handle other projects as required by top management.

Requirements:
Undergraduate degree holder
With 5-7 years work experiences in marketing communication field
With knowledge and experiences in Fashion/Luxury product field
Strong PC skills required (word, excel, & powerpoint etc)
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
Fluent in English, both writing and speaking
Demonstrates ability to learn quickly in a new environment
Demonstrates teamwork abilities, as well as persistence and independence
Attention to detail, hard working, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reporting
Able to work under pressure within deadline
