Job Description:
?Manage and implement credit policies and procedures to ensure a suitable balance between credit risk and business growth
?Coordinate sales contracts reviews and liaise with legal department to conduct in a timely manner;
?Communicate with relevant departments for final contracts, and ensure agreed clauses can be fulfilled;
?Liaise with credit search firms to assess customer's credit status, and assign proper credit limits and terms;
?Coordinate and pursue money collection from customers, improve DSO and minimize bad debts
?Work with the relevant departments to set-up operating procedures. Perform frequent reviews and audits, and ensure SOX compliance and internal control governance for OTC cycle;
?Provide accurate monthly and annual cash collection forecasts, aligned with the sales forecast;
?Perform rebate and freight analysis, and provide information for the budget and forecasting process;
?Provide a review on customer's credit performance periodically and subsequently make business recommendations;
?Facilitate debt collection via performing regular debt collection reviews with the sales team, and provide timely debt analysis reports;
?Evaluate and select professional credit firms to support customer credit evaluations;
?Provide and identify effective bad debt collection approaches such as collection support from a 3rd party company or legal process;
?Manage customer debt and credit disputes.
?Manage the credit control team to perform contracts, collection and risk management;
?Support sales with debt collection and perform customer credit and DSO analysis;
?Work closely with the sales team in setting up collection, with regular follow-ups;
?Coordinate contract reviews with responsible departments, and ensure the liability terms are reviewed by legal department and agreed by GM;
?Perform periodical credit and limit reviews with the sales and customer service teams, and make sure conditions are fully reflected in the SAP system;
?Manage accounting journals and report on OTC cycle. Ensure report and forecast accuracy;
?Understand FX management and export taxes regulations. Provide coaching and training to the customer service team. Ensure 100% compliance on export taxes and FX regulations

Requirement:
?Bachelor degree in finance accounting or economics;
?Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with at least two of those years in a credit management, finance or management accounting;
?Good communication skills both oral and written, and good problem solving and decision-making skills;
?Good analytical and financial acumen;
?Quick response and decision making ability
?Experience using SAP;
?Very good command of Chinese and English
