上海招聘

（1）负责大厦消防安全管理，对突发事件的应急处理；

（2）预防责任区内发生各类治安、刑事案件及其它灾害事故；

（3）进行日常巡查时，及时发现安全隐患，包括环境隐患、人员操作安全隐患、商品存放安全隐患等等，督促主管部门进行缺失改进；

（4）进行消防防范布置及检查工作，定期检查消防设施、器材，使之保持良好状态；

（5）经常对工作现场进行安全检查，及时发现各种不安全因素，督促整改，消除事故隐患；

（6）对重大危险源进行监督管理，参与制定事故应急救援预案和演练；

（7）完成上级交办的其他工作。

职位要求：

（1）年龄在35-40岁左右，大专或以上学历；

（2）2年以上物业安全管理经验；

（3）具备建构筑物消防员四级证书及安全员上岗证；

（4）熟练操作office办公软件。
