岗位职责：

1、负责建立设备管理体系，健全完善设备管理制度和流程，做好设备技术资料的整理、立卷、归档工作；

2、负责编制年度、季度、月度全厂设备检修计划，设备三级保养、日常维修、点检工作、设备配件申购；

3、负责组织编制设备操作规程，负责对设备维修进行技术培训，业务指导、监督、加强设备的日常管理。

4、负责组织处理设备故障抢修工作，对设备事故提出处理意见，对重大设备事故及时上报上级主管部门；

5、负责新设备的选型、购置、调试和验收，技术标准的制定工作以保持其良好的运行状态；

6、负责检查车间生产设备的正确使用和维护 ，节能改造和技术改造工作；

7、负责设备的维修费用控制和备品备件库存管理；

8、负责带领机修团队降低故障次数，故障率，提高设备OEE。

岗位要求：

1.机械、机电一体化类相关专业大专或以上学历；

2.具有五年以上大型食品工厂设备维修及保养工作经验，三年以上带领10人以上团队管理经验，熟练维修杀菌设备，灌装设备、包装机、

贴标机等设备优先考虑；

3.至少熟练掌握两种PLC程序上下载，硬件诊断解决问题尤佳；

4. 熟练掌握办公软件（Word ,Excel,PPT ,Auto CAD等）的操作；

5.有较强的事业心，良好的沟通协调能力、优秀的团队合作精神。
