Job Description:

1. Based on the company's planning on business development, investigate and analyze the market conditions, and write market research reports, ensure that the report is comprehensive and accurate.

2. Based on the company's product planning, put forward innovative ideas, participate in product planning, and put forward materials and design needs of relevant market product, to meet the needs of business development.

3. Based on the planning program, drawing product sketches which should meet the standards and requirements and confirm the samples.

4. Based on the company's overall schedule, tracking the progress of sample production, and confirm the samples to ensure the quality.

5. Based on the planning program, evaluate the feasibility of product, from the perspective of design, ensure that product innovation is rational and effectively control the cost.

6. Lead the design department team, manage personnel affairs of design department Based on the company's development planning and actively cultivate and recruit design talents.

7. Responsible for product design innovation, grasp market trends and ensure the continued competitiveness of products in the market.

8. Responsible for inheriting the brand DNA on products and forming a competitive product matrix, while creating key collections or key items.

Requirements:

a. Art design and other related majors, bachelor degree or above.

b. Over 10 years of work experience in design and related work in large-scale enterprises, working on creative design, merchandising in well-known domestic and foreign sports brands, have created hit products in the market or cutting-edge design.

c. Understand the production process, materials, keen on sporting goods;

d. Mature design concept, good sense of color.

e. Having a certain staffing requirement planning and analysis skills, behavioral interview skills, communication and coordination skills and writing skills.
