Job Overview:

As a working Sr. Manager of Post-Silicon Validation (Product Validation), you will establish silicon Product Validation processes, goals, and status reporting metrics. You will also create test plans and conduct testing on SSD Controller silicon devices. Candidate is expected to build and manage a team of competent PV Engineers who will be responsible to thoroughly test all new CNEX silicon products. Strong test and debug skills are absolutely required. Excellent documentation and organizational skills are also required since you will be generating test plans and reports, and other Engineering documents. Must be able to manage other Engineers and technical resources, create schedules, assign and manage tasks, and oversee all Product Validation at CNEX Labs.  

 

Responsibilities:

As Sr. Manager of Post-Silicon Product Validation, you will be responsible to conduct and oversee post-silicon validation testing of Enterprise and Cloud SSD Controller devices. You will be responsible to write test plans and procedures and conduct system-level test and debug issues. You will also provide status reports and schedule tracking information to Senior and Executive Management.
