YWK Consulting is a boutique business advisory firm specialized in Restructuring & Turnaround, Transaction Advisory, Forensic Accounting and Litigation Support services. We are currently seeking intern to join our Shanghai office.

The role would suit individuals with an analytical mind, high attention to detail and accuracy, willingness to learn and a desire to contribute to the development of the firm. Working under partner supervision, you will gain exposure to all aspects of our business including:

- Cross border advisory, recovery and operational tasks relating to distressed business.

- Due diligence assignments relating to buy and sell side advisory engagements.

- Financial and accounting investigations.

- Assisting in the financial analysis and business reviews;

- Preparation of relevant financial accounts and reports;

工作职位要求：

Job requirements

We are looking for individuals with the following attributes:

- obtined or close to obtain bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), preference given to those in accounting, finance, economics, or similar fields.

- Good English and Chinese languages written and oral communication skills.

- Highly analytical, with excellent attention to details and teamwork spirit.

- Ability to work accurately under time pressure and be willing to contribute to client/business development support.

- Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft office.

- Ability and willingness to travel.
