• Review and update all high risk, line down and priority lines as well as backordered shortages by planner code
• Confirm that previous commits/comments are accurate and up to date
• Coordinates with various functions within the company, including operations and materials to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
• Responsible for managing all expedite activity between their UCT and the receipt at Customer
• Resolves production scheduling, shipping and invoicing problems
• Enters sales order information into ERP and other systems; including customer databases.
• Attends regular production and other meetings as sales department representative
• Review your open orders daily in XPC; this includes all busroute and spot buy purchase orders. Confirm previous days’ shipments and receipts
• Plans and implements projects that support the sales organization.
• On site supplier representative, managing UCT MRP planner code, including XPC, PROPS
• Must be on site at customer and attend customer staff meetings
