岗位职责：

1. 支持区域内的经销商及合作伙伴以确保提供高质量的客户服务

2. 向主要的客户及客户的服务团队提供技术培训

3. 为第三方售后工程人员提供现场安装、维护、维修等支持服务、

4. 收集分析产品的薄弱环节并向服务经理提供相关报告

5. 记录经销商的问题和需求，必要时向总部客户支持团队提交相关信息

6. 售前及售后服务支持项目的支持工作，包括机器的测试安装及关键客户、全球客户的支持项目工作

岗位要求：

1.  维修、机械相关专业

2.  大专以上学历

3.  3年以上相关经验，有咖啡机相关经验优先考虑
