职责描述：

1、 协助总裁制定公司的发展战略规划、年度经营计划及业务发展计划并监督落地执行；

2、 协助总裁进行行业研究，制定可研报告，为公司的战略方向提供合理化建议；

3、 跟踪公司经营战略目标的达成情况，并提供分析意见及改进建议;

4、 陪同总裁出差、宴请以及商务会议、商务谈判；

5、 妥善安排公司及总裁的重要客人，安排代表出席公司的各类外部会议；

6、 协助总裁进行对外事务联络；

7、 起草总裁安排的各类文档，做好会议记录，及时编制完成会议纪要并下发各相关部门，跟进落实各项决议。

任职要求：

1、统招本科及以上学历，法律、经济学、工商管理、企业管理等专业优先考虑；

2、年龄30-35岁，有5年以上相关工作经验；

3、具有良好的商务礼仪素质，形象端庄得体，综合素质好，语言表达能力强；

4、熟练掌握日常办公软件；

5、具有很强的工作推动能力、沟通协调能力、逻辑思考能力、理解能力；

6、原则性强、做事踏实细心、亲和力强、具有一定的抗压能力；

7、能够适应一定的出差。
