岗位职责：

1. Support Quality: Arrange work tasks to inspector daily, monitor implementation of the procedures & methods detailed in the "QHSE Management Manual", to ensure incoming and self-made parts meet the applied specifications and within high efficiency.

   安排检验员的日常工作，监视流程和方法的实施，确保进货件和自制件满足技术规范，检验及时。

2. Calibration: do the measurement tools calibration; ensure the measurement tools and other tools calibrated on time.

   校准：测量量具的校准，确保测量工具和其它设备及时校准。

3. Support inspector using coordinator measure machine to measure part dimension and geometry dimension.

   支持检验员使用三坐标测量零件的尺寸和形位公差。

4. Support SPS: Monitor the 5S, VSM implementation at inspection area as daily, take corrective actions in time, update inspection information on white-board, and ensure test equipment in good condition.

   监控检验区域的日常的5S管理，实施改进，更新白板信息，确保设备处于良好的状态。

5. SCM Make: Prove the make process, check and ensure quality at every stage, keep records for all such inspections, and provide them to partners to facilitate improvements in performance. In case of non-conformity, take immediately either the corrective actions or rejection based on the guidelines given in respective quality procedures and or individual component or process definitions. During the entire process ensure that the health & safety regulations as well as environment protection regulations as per the SPC standards are strictly complied with.

   确保日常检验顺利进行，相关检验记录妥善保存，并可及时提供记录和报告给相关职责部门。一旦发现不合格，立即采取改正措施，根据图纸或技术要求开出NCR。整个过程的实施中，确保健康和安全，以及环境保护严格按照SPC标准。

岗位要求:

1. Experience in QA related activities in industry. QA / QC experience in manufacturing industry.

   在相关行业具备质量检验和管理的相关经验

2. Lead QC team. Experience in working /contributing to quality circles.

   带领进料检验和自制件检验团队，并以及改进

3. Experience operate CMM device.

   具备操作三坐标的经验

4. Experience in calibrate tools.

   具备量检具和设备的检定、校准经验

其他：

1. Knowledge of MV/MC products & the technologies involved in manufacture and assembly, Its applications and how it will be installed, operated and maintained by customer

   具有开关柜和断路器相关产品的技术，具备一定的产品装配知识

2. Technologies related to manufacturing processes such as pre-manufacture, assembly etc.

   熟悉零件的预加工和装配

3. Technologies: Technologies related to processes such as surface handling, painting / coating / plating etc.

   熟悉油漆喷涂、镀锌、镀银、喷铜等表面处理间的检测

4. Technologies: QA & QC procedures as listed in "QHSE Management Manual"
