该运营专员职位主要负责两大块:办公室行政全面管理及落实,以及部分客服支持工作
- 主要职责
- 办公室行政管理:
1)每日日常运营包括:所有办公室费用申请及财务支持、办公室用品购买及管理、访客登记及门禁卡管理、供应商及物业方联系及管理
2)请假登记及管理(所有亚洲员工约70人)、员工福利发放协助
3)积极参与一些项目协助,如:培训支持、办公室装修协调沟通等
2. 客服支持
1 )开票管理及实施:与销售及财务合作完成每周开票任务
2)客户端账号管理:开通、关闭
3)定期发送邮件新闻给客户
4)协助整理销售报表(一周一次)
5)协助回复客户投诉或建议

Fastmarkets is Euromoney’s commodities price reporting, information and events business. It is growing rapidly. Its business serves the global metals, minerals, forest-products and agriculture markets. The business also runs events for each of its three market verticals. Historically a news-led subscription business, the strategy has been to evolve the operation into a pricing-led data business.
We launched Fastmarkets as the business’s new brand in the summer of 2018. Fastmarkets encompasses the brands of Metal Bulletin, American Metal Market, RISI, FOEX, Random Lengths and AgriCensus. These storied brands, the oldest dating back to 1874, are leading names in commodity pricing in the global metals, mining, forest product and agriculture markets.
Considerable investment is being made into developing a world class CRM sales and marketing stack built around Salesforce. Further investment has been made in establishing a global operations team to ensure we have the right sales reporting infrastructure together with a strong client services and customer success operation alongside.
We are seeking an experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join us in our mission, with a focus on strategic planning, product development, partnerships and ultimately accelerating our strategy. Together with other members of the executive team, the individual will execute the current corporate strategic plan, focusing on the sale of licences for the use of our data within client organisations, expansion to new customer segments and partnerships, while ultimately strengthening the sales team, structure and process. She/he will also be instrumental in creating future strategic plans with the goal of boosting profitable revenue streams.
This individual will have accountability for revenues of circa £90m, with operations in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. The sales operation at Fastmarkets includes around 90 FTEs spread across the globe based in London, Brussels, Boston, Chicago, Singapore, Shanghai, Ukraine and Sao Paolo.
Growth is expected to come organically through price reporting and benchmarking services and the development of product sets for new client groups (including financials and buyer segments).
