Responsibilities:

1. Yearly report of HK company: Employer's Return;External Auditing;Profit Tax Return;Employee Compensation Insurance.

2. Monthly work: Collecting all the bank remittance for HK finance transaction;staffs monthly expenses;Collecting and calculating all the sharing costs of HK office;Preparing remittance statement of MPF ;Financial Report

3. Weekly update our invoicing plan and cash flow.

4. Issue invoice and fapiao for projects in HK and China.

5. Tracking account receivable and account payable of all the projects.

6. Preparing all the bank payment requisition for HK projects.

Requirements:

At least 2 years financial working experience.

Fluent in English
